Money-back guarantee
Your first complete landing page preview comes with a money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving that first preview and before approving it, launching it or accepting project handover. We refund the creation payments you have made and cancel any remaining creation instalments. The project ends and unapproved work is not licensed for use. Hosting, domains, licences and other third-party charges paid separately are not refunded by us. After approval, delivery and the included review rounds follow the agreed scope. This guarantee does not limit mandatory legal rights.
Your landing page
Creation covers one custom landing page, responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop, with initial copy written from the business information you provide. We include the sections agreed in your brief, such as your activity, services, projects, genuine testimonials, FAQ and contact details, plus a form, map and useful links where needed. Domain connection, initial search and sharing setup, the language versions and translations agreed at ordering, two consolidated review rounds, editing access, a walkthrough and project handover are included. Legal copy, additional pages, stores, custom applications and complex integrations are outside this offer and require a separate agreement.
Project payments
You buy your landing page with one payment or 12 fixed monthly payments. The exact amount, total and saving for paying once are shown before continuing. The first payment starts the schedule; creation payments stop after payment twelve. There is no buyout fee. The approved project belongs to you with either payment option. Remaining instalments stay due if you stop using the page or cancel Care, except where the first-preview guarantee applies. You may settle the remaining scheduled balance early. Prices exclude applicable tax; any tax and third-party charges must be confirmed before payment.
Content, scope and scheduling
Your first landing page preview is ready in 7 calendar days from the agreed kickoff, once your brief, business information, required assets, language choices and first payment are ready. We write the initial copy from the facts you supply. Delivery and launch follow your approval and the two included review rounds. One round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed design and scope. Missing materials, client response times and additions can extend launch. A new landing page or a replacement for an existing page uses the same creation price for the same scope.
Your account, hosting and access
You keep your approved project with full editing access and a walkthrough. With active Care, we arrange hosting and look after the page. Without Care, or when Care ends, we transfer the project and access to your account so you can take over hosting and updates. No buyout is required; remaining creation instalments remain due. Your domain is purchased separately in your name. Platform add-ons, payment processing and other third-party services are separate and confirmed before activation. Fonts, media and services may have their own licences. Project transfer is supported; a portable HTML or code export for hosting elsewhere is not included or guaranteed.
Optional Hosting + Care
Hosting + Care is optional, monthly only and activated separately at delivery at the price shown. It includes hosting, help and updates without a monthly request quota, processed one request at a time. Updates can cover text, photos, prices, services, projects, sections and layouts within the existing page design, including updates to the agreed translated versions. A full redesign, online store or new application is outside Care. Cancel before the next renewal; you keep your project and take over hosting without a buyout. Cancelling Care does not cancel creation instalments. Domain registration and third-party services are separate. Selecting Care here records a preference, adds nothing to today’s payment and does not activate a subscription.
